A one hour telephone Counselling Psychotherapy session within of your own home or confidential office space. Let's go on a therapeutic journey and get you to the place your mental health & wellbeing need to be. Counselling Psychotherapy sessions over the phone can be just as effective and also meant you do not have to leave your safe space. I also implement guided meditations and mindfulness scripts into these sessions for healing.

Cancellation Policy

Once your session is booked the time reserved for you, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 48 hours notice to receive a refund of investment fee.
